No. If a review is genuinely from a member, we publish it in full including criticism. The only reviews we remove are ones Trustpilot or Google take down for violating their own policies (spam, abusive language, etc.), and we note when that happens.
Yes — members can edit or remove their review on Trustpilot or Google at any time. If a review is removed at the source, it disappears from this archive at the next monthly sync.
The majority of our members have a positive experience, and that’s reflected in the reviews. But we don’t hide the ones that aren’t. You can filter by rating on the All Reviews page to see for yourself.
