Hello my name’s Diana I’ve been with Good Nick now well, this is my third year, started in 2022. I thought I was reasonably fit in my late 60s I did regular yoga but I was reading about the importance of building up strength as you got older protecting bones so I thought I’d give this a try it seemed quite good. There was just three sessions a week I could easily fit it into my daily routine the first session you work on the arms then the lower body then a mash-up and a stretch at the end of the week.
I can honestly say that I’ve never looked back after buying this programme, it really fits in with everything that I do. I’ve noticed improvements in my strength I’m more sort of agile as an example I’ve got a big airfryer and I keep it in a low cupboard and before I started this programme when I bent down to get my airfryer out of the lower but my knees were so creaking a bit and I had to psych myself up to stand up but now I find I can easily get that air fryer out and put it on onto the working surface.
I would highly recommend this to everybody if you’re if you’re thinking no I’m not sure I’m not sure uh it’s just it’s so portable you can take it anywhere with you. When I first started it I had recently retired I’m coming up to 71 now and we decided to go abroad for four weeks so I had internet access there so I could do all the sessions I got up in the morning and did my 20-minute sessions three times a week it’s just it’s incredible. It’s varied which is another thing you can easily get bored when you get onto the treadmill with certain exercises and classes you do them for so long and then you think oh well I’m getting bored with it now I need a change but this the Good Nick is brilliant because it’s constantly progressing, you feel like you’re progressing you’re doing some nine week rounds of uh varying um exercises and I would highly highly recommend it.
Thank you.
